Jay C. Designs was established on July 16, 1980 as a company producing and selling personalized key chains and souvenir items such as paperweights, paper and pen holders, calling card holders, picture frames and other desk accessories.

​During the 1990’s, it introduced into the Philippine market trophies and plaques made totally of acrylic materials, a concept that presented itself then as new and innovative since at the time, trophies and plaques were made either of metal, glass or wood. During that period too, the company also introduced ready-made indoor signage. These were relatively expensive then, but aesthetic and the signage cost- effectiveness in the long run earned this new product line its acceptance. To date, signage bearing the Jay C. Designs trademark remain visible all over the country: in hotels, restaurants, hospitals and other commercial buildings. These signage are sold in National Bookstore, Pandayan Bookshop, The DIY Shop and Wilcon Home Depot, a megastore which practically sells all kinds of building and home improvement materials.

The birth of digital printing technology a few years back paved the way of Jay C. Designs to develop an original innovation: photo quality trophies and plaques. This technology also enabled the company to produce high quality signages and related products as well as improve on the production outlook and visual quality of its existing products line.

When the company acquired laser engraving and cutting machineries, its products achieved a quality parallel with international standards. To date, the company manufactures precision products such as playing card dispensers used in casinos.

Jay C. Designs opened its first store in July, 1995 located at SM City Cebu. Its second outlet, which is located at SM Megamall, began operations in December, 1997; and the third outlet which is located in SM North Edsa, was established in June, 1999.

The intricacies and detailed processes involved in making and selling personalized key chains served as a training ground for the company to put value on personalized service to every client for the past thirty seven and a half years. Whether the product is for personal use or for corporate consumption, that value is extended to the way we produce our products and the way they are served to our clients. The company takes pride in providing its customers high quality products at a very reasonable price.
